This interaction is designed based on a combination of comic book and Manga. It is delivered at the end of a computer based training, serves as the post-test for the training and delivers a certificate upon successful completion. The learner takes the role of an employee who is meeting a client for the first time. The interaction provides questions designed to focus the learner on realistic and typical themes and talking points. It is setup as a game with scoring and consequences. If the learner gets two questions wrong, the game is over and they must begin again.
